The Meadowbrook Farms Homeowners Association was established in 2009 and abides by the Planned Community Declaration for Meadowbrook Farms, pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act, 68 Pa.S. §§ 5101 et.seq.
Purpose: To manage, maintain, and care for the designated common grounds in the Meadowbrook Farms development and administer and enforce the covenants and building restrictions for member properties, thereby “protect[ing] the owners . . . from such development as would depreciate the value of their properties.”
Information for Real Estates Agencies and prospective buyers: Please ensure prospective buyers receive, read, and sign a copy of the Planned Community Declaration base document (Exhibit A) and Exhibit B: By-Laws, prior to conducting closing.
Financial Support: It was determined at the last general membership meeting that there would be no dues in 2014. Additionally, each new homeowner must pay an “initiation fee” of $100 upon taking possession of any home included in the Association. All sellers of homes must present a “resale certificate" to the buyer at closing. The cost of the resale certificate is $50.
