Bulletin Board: As of November 19,2019 Hello Neighbors,
Thanks to all those who came out and voted for new HOA Directors this evening and to those who took the time to request, vote, and return absentee ballots!
There were eight candidates on the ballot and due to a tie, all eight candidates will serve on the board for the coming year. It is great to have so many members of our community willing and interested in serving!
The new HOA Directors are (In Alphabetical Order):
Chris Bado, Elsa Bennett, Jeff Dodge, Terra Good, Taylor Griffiths, Matt Homa, Shannon Mease, Lauren White.
The Board will meet shortly to vote on officers and we will send out a written notice of the results soon.
Chris Bado on behalf of the HOA Board of Directors.
November 5, 2019
It is that time again – time to hold elections for the Homeowners Association Board.
We will hold the election on November 19 at 7:00 pm at the Middlesex Township Community Center. Stop by any time between 7:00 and 7:30 pm to vote. All HOA Unit Owners are encouraged to cast a ballot!
Several current members of the board are willing to continue serving for another year and will appear on the ballot. Those members are:
Chris Bado, Matt Homa, Taylor Griffiths, Shannon Mease, and Lauren White.
Anyone else wishing to be nominated for election to the Board or anyone wishing to nominate someone else, should contact the HOA at [email protected] as soon as possible (Note, before you nominate someone, please get their permission). Nominations should include the name of the nominated individual, their address, and their contact information.
Unit owners who wish to vote but cannot be present should contact the Board at [email protected] for a proxy form or absentee ballot. Be sure to include your full legal name and address
Up to seven representatives may be elected to the Board. Once elected, the Board members will meet and vote to fill specific and at large positions on the Board.
We will be delivering written notice of the election as well, but in the mean time, please share this information with your neighbors who may not be on Facebook.
To our new homeowners: Welcome!
1. Meeting Notes. In 2019 a new Meadowbrook Farms HOA Board of Directors was formed. On behalf of the board we all look forward to making this a great place to live.
2. Permits. If you plan on doing work on your Unit, always check with the respective Township Supervisor/Code Enforcement office if a permit is required, as this is normally the case for most work done on our homes and yards. Homeowners must request a permit and provide the approved permit with the ACC application for favorable HOA ACC consideration Article VII. Requests can be emailed to [email protected] or given to any board member to be forwarded to the ACC for review.
3. Safety Reminders:
- Dusk to dawn exterior pole lights. Please ensure your dusk to dawn exterior pole lights are functioning as designed: on a dusk to dawn sensor and not on a timer.
- Barking dogs. Homeowners are not to leave barking dogs outside. Paragraph 8.11 of the Declaration states, "Barking dogs left outside shall not be permitted." Additionally, please maintain control of your dogs and do not allow them to run free outside the confines of your Unit address.
- Parking cars in streets. Homeowners are reminded to exercise care when parking vehicles in the streets.
- Observing posted stop signs and speed limits. Homeowners are reminded to come to a full and complete stop at posted stop signs in the subdivision and to observe posted speed limits. Please share this information with guests.
Our email list continues to grow. All new homeowners/Association members are asked to provide current email addresses to the HOA Gmail address so the Executive Board can keep you up-to-date with what is going on. The HOA email address is [email protected]
